The Supreme Lord Krsna has showered his boundless mercy upon us by sending you as a representative of Srila Vyasadeva, embodying his compassion, his teachings and his vision for the conditioned souls like us.

In Nectar of Devotion, Srila Prabhupada explains that Lord Krsna can easily offer a person material happiness or even liberation, but He does not agree very easily to award a person in His devotional service. In other words, nothing is as attractive to the Lord as the transcendental loving service rendered by His devotees, and in return the Lord Himself becomes purchased by the devotees.

This rare gift of devotional service has been made accessible in our lives only by your inconceivable mercy upon us. The more we accept this invaluable gift, the more our hearts become filled with veneration and gratitude towards you.

Guru Maharaja, we beg to make these instructions our life and soul so that we keep advancing forward to receive this embellished gift.

Guru Maharaja, every year, you organize lots of retreats with different, interesting topics, which help us understand the scriptures more clearly and enlighten us on the science of Krsna. Guru Maharaja, every year you also organize yatras and take us to all different dhamas, where Lord Krsna performed his pastimes, for our purification and upliftment. These experiences always leave lasting impression on us. It is not easy to do this, as lots and lots of planning, dedication and an immeasurable amount of time are needed.

This year you took us to Dvaraka dhama and it was a dream come true. We were really inspired by seeing your dedication and compassion. You gave us lots and lots of references from different scriptures, and we understood, seeing the notes you had prepared for the classes, that you must have dedicated insurmountable hours of preparation in spite of the multifarious services you do. Because of how precise and organized you are, we were able to connect ourselves to the various dhamas we visited.
After hearing from you we understood Krsna’s nature and His mysterious pastimes. Through your classes, you took all of us beneath the layer of oil and deeper into the water, immersing us into the ocean of nectar of the various rasas of Krsna, like exchanges with the queens of Dvaraka, the gopis, and many other related stories. We felt like we were in a different world during those eleven days and we completely forgot all of our regular material activities. The kirtanas were astounding and helped us to stimulate our love towards Krsna.

Because of your mercy we were able to gradually feel attached towards Krsna, as our thoughts were filled with the wonderful qualities of Krsna.

This yatra made us understand why we always talk about the twelve kinds of rasas and why it is important to establish and renovate our relationship with Krsna using at least one primary rasa. We realized the reason we should repose our love towards Krsna is so that everyone can become truly happy. We felt like Nectar of Devotion itself came alive in this yatra.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to you, Guru Maharaja, for organizing yatras and showing us all of the places of Krsna’s pastimes as described in the scriptures. We were able to increase our faith and stimulate our attraction towards Krsna as we saw everything come alive before our eyes. After completing this yatra we felt content and complete.

Though there is immense compassion you shower upon us, we pray to become more eager to receive it. Please endow to us that, with full determination, we open our hearts to allow your instructions, which are pure transcendental sound vibrations, to guide our soul unrestrictedly.

On this most auspicious and sacred day, we wholeheartedly offer our humble obeisances and bathe your feet with profound feelings of gratitude and love.
