Dear Gurudev!

On this auspicious Vyasa puja’s celebration, please accept my humble obeisance unto your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to the parampara! All glories to your Vyasa-puja!

For disciples your Vyasa-puja is the most worth celebrating, glorious day. The worship and glorification I offer to you will ultimately be offered to Krsna through parampara, this is the meaning of Vyasa-puja. You are the personification of Krsna’s mercy.

Revealed scripture claims one should worship spiritual master like worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Lord’s pure devotees always follow this instruction, spiritual master is the Lord’s most intimate servant, and therefore let us pay our most sincere obeisance unto the lotus feet of our spiritual master!

By Krsna’s mercy, we received Vyasa deva’s living representative, and by guru’s mercy receive Krsna’s pure teaching.

To learn the transcendental knowledge, we need to approach a spiritual master in the parampara, because a true spiritual master teaches Vyasa deva’s message without changing its essence.

Dear Gurudev, you are the practical example of Vyasa deva’s teaching! You received the most valuable gift from Srila Prabhupada and you gave that to us unreservedly. This is the manifestation of your causeless mercy.

There are two sources of help in Krsna consciousness:

1.Help from Krsna,
2.Help from spiritual master.

Therefore, on this auspicious day, I pray for your merciful help. Please help me to understand the transcendental message you are preaching so I can complete your instruction and teaching.
