Most Respected Guru Maharaja,

Please accept our most humble obeisances offered unto your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

On this sacred occasion of your Vyasa-puja, we humbly pray for mercy to increase our desire to become more submissive in following the teachings of our acaryas.

Our focus has recently been on fine-tuning our understanding and application of Nectar of Instruction. In his Preface to the Nectar of Instruction, Srila Prabhupada says that:

“one must promote himself to the platform of goodness, by following the instructions of Rupa Gosvami, and then everything concerning how to make further progress will be revealed.”

We very much feel the need to strictly and truthfully follow these instructions to feel completely protected while we function in this material world full of disturbances.

Amidst all the disturbances and distractions, our personal preceptors, Sir and Mataji, have taken enormous risks on your behalf to impart into our hearts solid faith in the most merciful process of hearing and chanting. By taking shelter of these priceless gifts, we feel completely secure and determined to develop a compassionate heart.

We pray for your blessings to remain faithful to these teachings and perfect our lives.
