 “I offer my respectful obeisances unto His Holiness Romapada Swami, who is very dear to Lord Krsna, having taken shelter at His lotus feet.”

Dear Guru Maharaja,

I am always amazed receiving your endless mercy and am very grateful to you for giving me shelter at your lotus feet. You always insist on association of devotees and constant japa. I can truly experience that these two things are keeping my life stable and blissful. My spiritual life is nourished with regular association of esteemed devotees – Nityananda Pran Prabhu, Hemangi Mataji, Sthira Mataji and Rasika Manjari Mataji. Pure devotees shower endless love and care which is keeping my Krsna consciousness growing. Constant mentorship from Nityananda Pran Prabhu and Hemangi Mataji, along with their endless love and care, is the most valuable treasure for me. I feel as though I have my whole family in the U.S., with these devotees being my family members. Sthira Mataji is my best friend and whenever I am with Rasika Manjari Mataji, I feel at home because of her loving nature. What else does one need when one has such wonderful devotees around! Guru Maharaja, I need your blessings and mercy through which I am getting such a wonderful association.

I will be graduating this semester from Illinois Tech, Chicago. I am really grateful to you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the Vedic Vision Society organization, which is facilitating talks and music meditation sessions for students. I have always loved this service and through this service, I now have a few students almost as close as my family members. I should mention one student – Sudheer, who is looking up to me as his mother and calling me ‘mom’ as well. Krsna is so wonderful that He has read my mind and has just fulfilled my desire of being a mother, which I always felt missing in my life. My life has turned around completely after taking shelter at your lotus feet and I am now simply waiting for more blissful surprises from Krsna. Guru Maharaja, I can see your mercy extending to my family members as well. My mother and sister are reading Srila Prabhupada’s books on a regular basis. I can see your endless mercy being showered on them as well. I am so grateful to you because I and my family are getting immense strength to face any situation, which is only because of your shelter and mercy.

I am grateful to you and Srila Prabhupada for taking me under your shelter. I am still struggling and working on my anarthas. I am also trying to avoid offenses and focus on my chanting. Guru Maharaja, please bless me and shower your mercy so that I can serve you, Srila Prabhupada, and devotees more and more.
