Hare Krsna respected and dear Guru Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisances, All glories to Your Divine Grace! All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Guru Maharaja, even though I do not have any qualification, You have given me initiation and accepted me as Your disciple. It has been almost ten years now. 

Guru Maharaja, You are always very kind to me. When I was going through some health problems and His Grace Guru dasa Prabhu informed You about it, You said that You would pray for me and advised for me to get treated by a good doctor. I am very thankful to You for this kind gesture. My treatment is going on and I am getting better.

Thank you for everything. May You please forgive my offenses to You.
