Dear Guru Maharaja,

My most respected spiritual father,

Please accept the sincere and humble obeisances of Sarnga devi dasi. All glory to Srila Prabhupada, all glory to you!

I was fortunate to contact you because of a merciful devotee who brought me to Krsna consciousness, and by virtue of the Lord’s causeless mercy I found the true spiritual master. Now I keep chanting 16 rounds each day, observing the four basic principles and reading the books of Srila Prabhupada. By serving Lord Krsna, I have come to realize that we are not this body but a soul, we are servants of Krsna’s eternal servant, the suffering of birth, old age, sickness and death, the transient nature of the material world, and only by constantly serving you can I receive the mercy of Lord Krsna. Because of your mercy I know that I should serve Krsna with a sincere heart, we have to remove the concept of I am this body, be humble, let go of attachment, let go of material desires, and know and act in unity. We need to apply the instructions of Krsna in all aspects of our lives so that we can better serve Krsna and receive the mercy of the Lord.

Dear Gurudeva, as your Vyasa-puja is approaching, I sincerely wish you a long and healthy life, a successful missionary career, I hope you will kindly shelter this cheerful soul, and that the wish of Lord Caitanya will soon become a reality.
