Dear Guru Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to you!

You have been lecturing us in a spiritual state on how to be faithful disciple of Srila Prabhupada. And by your example you have given us the power to practice, the yardstick to practice, and the direction to practice. You are the source of our love, with you around, we have a transcendental happiness.

Your faithful disciple Sruti keeps a good mood and chants 26 rounds a day, 30 rounds on the day of ekadasi. I read the scriptures for 1-2 hours every evening, read Bhagavad-gita three times, Mahabharata once, Srimad-Bhagavatam first and second canto twice, now I’m reading the third canto. Everyday I am trying to follow your instructions and focus on the lotus feet of Krsna, on the Holy Name, on the basics.

I still have a lot of shortcomings. It is easy for me to lose focus in chanting, feel inferior, and lack understanding of the scriptures. I feel like I’m not a good devotee yet. Only your holy love can give me some confidence, thank you Guru Maharaja for your kindness and compassion.

I will give thanks to Krsna every day and feel that He is omnipresent, He always looks after His devotees and keeps the Lord in our hearts. Wish you good health!
