All glories to your unwavering faith and devotion to Srila Prabhupada and all the previous acaryas in the line of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.

“There are millions of living entities who have become conditioned by the laws of material nature, and they are wandering throughout the planetary systems of this universe in different bodily forms. Among them, one who is fortunate meets a bona fide spiritual master by the grace of Krsna and comes to understand the meaning of devotional service. By discharging devotional service under the direction of the bona fide spiritual master, or acarya, he develops love of Godhead. One whose love of Godhead (krsna-prema) is awakened and who thus becomes a devotee of the inconceivable Supreme Personality of Godhead is to be considered extremely fortunate.” [Caitanya-caritamrta Adi Lila 7.100 Purport]

Extremely fortunate – that is indeed how we consider ourselves to be in having met you! Thank you for interceding in our lives and allowing us to be counted as your disciples.

Many years have passed since our first encounter with you – our children are no longer children, they are now parents, and we are entering the years of life when we must seriously further our commitment to your service and Srila Prabhupada’s mission.

Your character and devotion to Srila Prabhupada is beyond reproach. Your willingness to share the mercy of Srila Prabhupada’s teachings, to all who will listen sincerely, is tireless.

You have always encouraged us to accept those things favorable in Krsna consciousness, to reject the unfavorable elements of our mundane conditioning and to accept the association of devotees, to read Srila Prabhupada’s books and to live in a holy place dedicated to the worship of Krsna and the Holy Name.

We humbly pray that you please bestow your well wishes and mercy upon us, so that we may achieve the strength of heart to forego the temporal things of this lifetime and to continue the advancement of our spiritual lives, so that we may serve you with ever increasing enthusiasm!
