Ganga devi dasi

Dear Guru Maharaja, my most respected spiritual father,

Please accept Ganga devi dasi’s sincere and humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to you!

I’m a lucky woman. Because of devotee’s mercy，I know Krsna consciousness. Because of Krsna’s causeless mercy, I found a true spiritual master. Since I found my guru, I stuck to the four cardinal principles, read Srila Prabhupada’s books, and served Lord Krsna. I further realized that we are not this body. We are souls, we are the servants of the eternal servants of Krsna. Being aware of the pain of birth, old age, sickness and death and the ephemeral nature of this material world, we can progress only if we continue to serve you and sincerely serve the Lord.

The material world is misery. A few days ago, my right upper limb fracture was operated on, but I did not forget the Lord and you. I went to the operating room still chanting the holy name of the Lord. I understand that the greatest happiness and joy is to return to the Lord. I have not forgotten your inculcations to love every living being by serving the Lord in all aspects of our lives, to use our actions to preach and influence others, to be humble, to let go of attachment, and to let go of material desires so that we can serve Krsna better.

On your Vyasa-puja，my dear Gurudeva, I wish you longevity and health and smooth preaching. I also pray that you continue to bestow kindness upon me and take care of my poor soul forever. May Lord Caitanya’s wish come true soon.
