Dear Guru Maharaja,

Hare Krsna! Please accept my humble obeisances at the dust of your lotus feet. All glories to your divine grace. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Throughout the scriptures there are descriptions of the unique position of the spiritual master. The spiritual master may never be considered as an ordinary human being. Although the human eye may perceive the human like imperfections in the spiritual master, it is an offense, and it is only due to lack of spiritual perception. Also, the greatest wealth of the disciple is the grace of the spiritual master. And, if the disciple loses the grace of the spiritual master, it is his greatest misfortune.

On this most auspicious occasion of your Vyasa-puja, I beg for your grace that you have so unconditionally showered on me to continue to flow. What would my life be without your grace? I cannot thank you enough for constantly overlooking my endless shortcomings and offenses as a consequence of my ignorance. Thank you for always showering my path with your mercy and always protecting me against the darkness that surrounds me.

I pray to Sri Sri Kisora-Kisori that I open my heart to surrender myself to your grace in this lifetime. That would be the perfection of my life.
