Jaya Govinda dasa and Tulasi Priya devi dasi
Hare Krsna dear Guru Maharaja,
Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories unto you and unto His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada.
Guru Maharaja we pray unto the lotus feet of Sri Sri Radha Nilamadhava to continue to keep you in good health so you can keep traveling and extending your mercy to the denizens of this Bhuloka.
On this momentous occasion, we express our deepest gratitude to you for all that you have done for us over the last decade and more. You are our connection to His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada and ultimately through the guru-parampara to Sri Krsna Himself. It is our great fortune to have you in our lives to guide us spiritually as well as to engage us in assisting you in your ceaseless service to your beloved Guru Maharaja, His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada.

While Srimad-Bhagavatam 1.2.6 does say that devotional service must be unmotivated and uninterrupted to completely satisfy the self, we do understand from His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada’s purport that this ‘unmotivated’ actually means that it should be without the least desire for material enjoyment. Our deepest prayers unto your lotus feet that we can keep this always in our hearts, and have the sole motivation that we be of service to you in your relentless quest to please your spiritual master His Divine Grace, Srila Prabhupada.
With gratitude, your servants,
Jaya Govinda dasa and Tulasi Priya devi dasi
