Dear Guru Maharaja,

Our respectful and humble obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

We express our sincere gratitude on the auspicious occasion of your appearance day, your Vyasa-puja. We seek your blessings to continue our bhakti and our ability to serve the glorious Hare Krsna movement founded by Srila Prabhupada.

Regularly hearing your lectures via YouTube helps us a lot to maintain our bhakti practices. The clarity in your lectures helps us better understand Srila Prabhupada’s purports and books. We are highly dependent on your vani than vapu as we get to have your personal association only for a few days in a year when you conduct the annual yatra in India.

Even at this old age, you tirelessly travel globally to impart Srila Prabhupada’s teachings to different ethnic groups. The cooperation you show towards other fellow ISKCON leaders teaches us how we should conduct ourselves. Your objective is to always keep Srila Prabhupada and Krsna at the center and bring them glory. Your exemplary character and conduct in your day-to-day life amplify that objective. This is a very important lesson for the next generation of ISKCON leaders.

Your genuine taste for the writings of Srila Prabhupada and the Gosvamis, and you spreading that knowledge to us show your inclination towards authentic sastras. Our predecessor acaryas have taught us not to engage in mental speculation and fruitive results. You always stick to bona fide commentaries of our glorious acaryas while explaining the conclusions of the Vedic scriptures. This is a great trait of a Guru and we are fortunate to have you as our spiritual master in our lives.

Kindly bless us in upholding our vows and teachings of our parampara and allow us to spread it to other people around us.

Your aspiring servants,
Gaurasundara dasa and Lavanya-keli devi dasi.
