Dear Guru Maharaja,

Hare Krsna! Please accept our most humble obeisances at the dust of the lotus feet of Your Divine Grace. All glories to His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada.

On this most auspicious occasion of your Vyasa-puja day, we feel very fortunate to have an opportunity to humbly offer our gratitude and express a few words in your glorification. Guru Maharaja, we meditate upon your glorification who compassionately takes innumerable anxieties on behalf of us and continuously showers your descending mercy upon us. You are always kind, loving, and spiritual. We have been blessed to receive your communications, access to your lectures, digests, weekly instructions, and many special occasional topics. We are especially grateful for giving us access to lectures and videos delivered during the Golden jubilee celebrations of ISKCON at Houston. It has been a boon and undoubtedly blissful for us to be attracted to your lotus feet and being guided by you and your reverent representative saintly person His Grace ‘Sir’ upon whom we rely and deeply meditate. You being a bona fide representative of Supreme Lord Sri Krsna have given us the transcendental knowledge which is a boat to help us cross over the ocean of material miseries. We deeply realize that we must use all our resources – body, energy, wealth, intelligence, words, and life – in glorifying and serving our Guru and Lord Krsna.

Dear Guru Maharaja, the transcendental instructions coming from you and Sir have been cleansing the dirts accumulated in our hearts. We are very pleased to carry out your orders to enthusiastically hear and chant the holy names. We sing every day that the spiritual master gives mercy like a rain cloud, and without his mercy there’s no hope of spiritual progress. Maharaja, your kind descending mercy is available to us through His Grace Sir who has been incessantly offering classes and instructions systematically on Bhagavatam and Bhagavad-Gita to simply uplift our existence. Our false ego and conceptions, illusory pursuits and material dreams have been removed from our hearts only because of your mercy. We find no suitable words to express our gratitude to you and His Grace Sir who have been tirelessly spending time for our welfare and helping us to remain fixed in Krsna consciousness. We beg for your blessings so that we may always endeavor to serve you and Sir with love and gratitude and never deviate from that position.

Guru Maharaja, we are very thankful for your merciful guidance to untangle ourselves from anarthas and worldly attachments, for having extraordinary patience, and for your forgiveness when we commit offenses while attempting to serve you. Both Sir and your holiness are the source of all inspirations for us to be steady in Krsna consciousness. We wish and hope to get opportunities to serve you and ‘Sir’ in coming years. By your mercy we are determined to remain fixed in Krsna consciousness.
