Most Respected Guru Maharaja,

Please accept my most humble obeisances in the dust of your divine lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Hare Krsna.

Pure devotional service and Krsna’s mercy are attainable only by the mercy of the spiritual master and one can achieve perfection simply by the blessings of a bona fide spiritual master. Unless one is blessed by the spiritual master, the spiritual instructions will not manifest their knowledge in one’s heart. By pleasing the spiritual master, the disciple gets knowledge as well as strength from the Supreme Personality of Godhead to engage in devotional service to cross the ocean of nescience.

When we hear the instructions of the spiritual master with eagerness and intense desire in our heart, spiritual master becomes happy. Surrender to Guru means to accept whatever spiritual master says. So we should always meditate and execute the order of the spiritual master. To take shelter of the lotus feet of the Lord means to take shelter of the pure devotees. By a drop of his mercy only one can develop a simple and grateful heart and can become humbler than a blade of grass, essential quality for hearing and chanting the holy name of the Lord. So, the spiritual master or the parampara acarya should be respected exactly like the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Maharaja, Sir always glorifies your teachings by his wonderful example. He has been very compassionate and loving towards us in guiding us arduously on this path of Krsna consciousness. Although we started this process towards the fag end of our lives, but we are amazed at the transformation that has happened in our hearts. We are completely indebted to Sir for this wonderful opportunity.
