Vrajajana dasa, Hari-puja devi dasi, Nithya, and Krsna

Dear Guru Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisances unto your lotus feet. All glories to you and Srila Prabhupada.

We wish you very happy birthday on your divine appearance day. We always pray to Krsna Balarama to bless you with very happy and healthy life so that you are always there to bless us at all times. Srila Prabhupada says that spiritual life begins with the association of a devotee, a sadhu. One cannot make any progress without the mercy and blessings of a sadhu. On this occasion of Vyasa-puja we feel grateful to you and your compassion and kindness to fallen souls like us. Through merciful arrangement of Krsna we were contacted by devotees few years ago. I was a materialist simply leading a materialistic life until then; but our life started transforming after we took shelter of your lotus feet. Even with your busy schedule, you take the time and energy to answer our questions and reply to our e-mails. This is inconceivable for me of how you manage to communicate with your disciples. Even though we don’t deserve it, your love is always there for us. You always forgive our mistakes and you don’t have to say anything but your glance of smile is enough to correct everything.

In this age of darkness and ignorance the miseries are around always. Especially we are placed in such a unique situation with our daughter Krsna. We were always worried in anxiety when we think of the challenges placed in our life. But we derive a lot of mental strength after we receive your guidance and instructions. In fact, we realize after coming under your shelter the problems in our lives have actually turned to be great benedictions for us and in fact this is an opportunity to purify ourselves and develop a humble mood of service. Thank you so much for your guidance through your lectures, instructions, retreats etc. You are providing so many opportunities to experience the taste of the holy name through Japa Retreats, the Festival of Holy Name etc. Still we are unable to experience that to the maximum extent; however, we are trying to practice your instructions and meditate on the prayers.

We are really blessed to have Lal Gopal Prabhu, Yamuna-jivana Prabhu, and our mentor Parama Rupa Prabhu as they helped us to understand the practical aspects of Krsna consciousness in our daily life. Last but not least we sincerely pray at your lotus feet to help us to develop divine qualities like patience, humility etc., and overcome our weaknesses like fault-finding tendency and offending vaisnavas.

Thank you for giving this opportunity to express our gratitude on this auspicious Vyasa-puja day and we beg your forgiveness for any offenses we committed knowingly or unknowingly. We also beg for your continued mercy on us so that we can follow instructions of our mentors and are able to serve them with a humble mood.
