I offer my respectful obeisances unto His Divine Grace Srila Romapada Swami, who is very dear to Lord Krsna, having taken shelter at His lotus feet.

Dear Guru Maharaja,

Hare Krsna! Please accept my humble obeisances at the dust of your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Maharaja, we understand from Krsna consciousness philosophy that among all the living entities who are wandering throughout the universe, that person is most fortunate person who comes in contact with a representative of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and thus gets the opportunity to perform devotional service. Having such a relationship with such special teacher and his guidance makes one’s life more meaningful and glorious. By your presence in our life, we also consider ourselves most fortunate to receive these teachings of Lord Krsna given by our founder acarya.

I deeply feel that it is the magnanimity and causeless mercy of a spiritual master who takes unqualified or rather disqualified subjects as his students, especially in this age, and change their hearts to perform pure devotional service. Such a munificent person was our founder acarya, His Divine Grace A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. When we reflect on his accomplishments we feel very proud of our parampara and our teachers. With the same causeless mercy as Prabhupada, being a humble disciple of your own teacher, you are giving us these teachings. Therefore, we are indebted to you for making your association accessible to us, Maharaja.

Although, we are born in culturally rich place, when we heard scriptures from our elders and about great personalities like Narada and Vyasa, we never had any great regard for them because of our poor qualifications to understand such transcendental pure knowledge. By your grace and by association with your humble disciples, we received this chanting of Hare Krsna Mahamantra and hearing Srimad- Bhagavatam from bona fide sources, gave a new meaning to my life. Your way of explaining the deeper spiritual concepts methodically is what attracts me the most. In the Dvaraka yatra, we felt your intense desire to give us such confidential knowledge which cannot be touched or understood by ordinary people like us even after many lifetimes if we do it on our own. We appreciate the immense efforts you are taking to give such spiritual knowledge to all of us without considering our qualifications.

Now in this life, we have got this opportunity to work internally on hearts and to become humble servants of Vaisnavas being at your lotus feet. We aspire to become more regulated in our devotional practices by hearing and chanting more attentively. Please forgive us for the offenses that we have committed at your lotus feet. Please bless us that we always remain humble servants at your lotus feet.
