Dear Guru Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisance’s at the dust of your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Guru Maharaja, I feel very fortunate to have taken shelter of you. When I contemplate my association with you for last ten years, a feeling of immense gratitude hovers in my heart for your loving guidance throughout my spiritual life. All you wanted from me all these years was that I become happy in Krsna consciousness! I was hovering on an intellectual plane and not in touch with my feelings, and I didn’t know how to reciprocate with such love and care you have showered on me. Through your interactions and through close association, under the guidance of His Grace Jagadananda Prabhu, I have come out of this predicament and started to recognize and reciprocate, from my heart, loving relationships with devotees.

Under your guidance, I entered into grhastha asrama last year. And your instructions and guidance are our shelter in this asrama. On this very auspicious day, we beseech your mercy. For even a drop of your mercy has the potency to give us the strength to bear all trials and troubles, free us from all desire for personal honor and move us to the platform of offenseless chanting of holy name. We are low, fallen and devoid of all strength and intelligence, yet we are praying for a drop of mercy: please make us one of your beloved servants.

Please always use us an instrument in Your Holiness’s service to Srila Prabhupada.
