Dear Gurudeva,

Please accept my most humble obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories to your Holiness. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Thank you for being an inspiration and example of devotion. I start my day with your instructions in my heart and mind to the best of my ability which carry me through the day and night. This association helps me stay the course, make right decisions and pray for devotion and a mood of service. My wife, Vallabhi, is my partner in this mood and service. I believe, if my wife and I are the right example, young Gopinath will also become our partner.

Our sadhana and service are our small offerings to you. Our weekly Bhakti Vrksa seems to be happy with us, which gives us more discipline and the right mood. I feel the same way about book distribution at major festivals and gatherings where I present Srila Prabhupada’s books with a humble request and people accept the book with a smile. I feel it’s my simple service when I meet and greet the devotees and new people at the temple. The same goes for our other temple services and interactions with senior devotees and God-brothers. May my mood be of service, which pleases you and Srila Prabhupada.

On this auspicious occasion of your Vyasa-puja, I humbly request your blessings and mercy so that we continue to serve your lotus feet with a deeper understanding, devotion and mood of service.
