“I was born in the darkest ignorance, and my spiritual master opened my eyes with the torch of knowledge. I offer my respectful obeisances unto him.”
Dear Guru Maharaja,
Please accept my humble obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Your teachings have inspired me so much. I find your classes always start with introducing the subject and contains a lot of references to our acarya’s commentaries. They give me faith, and in this way, I try to find shelter in those instructions. I feel very empowered in your retreats, personal presence, and in your service. This gives me lot of inspiration for my chanting and rest of my sadhana.
Your connection with Srimad-Bhagavatam always gives me motivation to practice the teachings from that great literature. Your ability to convert many fallen souls like me to Vaisnavism and trying to spreading Krsna consciousness all over the world gives me strength to serve you faithfully.
I am still a very fallen soul unable to perform bhakti with enthusiasm due to my attachment to material desires. Please be merciful unto me and turn me towards Krsna to enable me advance further in bhakti.
Your humble servant,
Kishore
