Dear Guru Maharaja!

Please accept my humble obeisances! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to you!

On this day of your guru-puja celebration, I thank you very much for your mercy. I offer my deepest prayers to the Supreme Lord. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and all glories to your holy lotus feet. I appreciate it so much that by virtue of the Internet, you are passing to us loving energies, congregational chanting of the holy name and philosophical teachings.

Dear Guru Maharaja, as a follower of Srila Prabhupada, and also a preacher of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu, you are carrying on the holy fire. All glories to the preachers of sankirtana! You are the one who has cleansed the impurities collected for many lives in people’s mind. This is the ultimate welfare for the human society. It is you that have extinguished the fire of birth and death on the strength of transcendental knowledge and have filled the fallen souls with sweet nectars of joy.

Dear Guru Maharaja, you have mercifully spread the transcendental knowledge to the Chinese mainland, among early devotees like Harakanta devi dasi, so that all the conditioned souls can easily approach you. For that I am very grateful.

You have taught the conditioned souls to chant the holy name in a humble mood, inspiring them so that they realize that you are even lower than the straw in the street, more tolerant that a tree and devoid of all sense of false prestige. You are so strict with yourself, while at the same time so tolerant with your godbrothers and devotees. It is in this kind of mood that you are chanting and spreading the holy name.

You attach no importance to fortune, fame and the number of followers. What you care about is only taking part in various devotional services and spreading the holy name, day in day out. It is your devotional services that have delivered countless fallen souls from the ocean of suffering.

Dear Guru Maharaja, you have taught the conditioned souls to confront difficulties with firm faith which comes only from the Lord’s mercy. You have unflinching faith on the lotus feet of the Supreme Lord, to you I offer my obeisances.

By your mercy, I keep going firmly on the path of Krsna consciousness. In spite of the formidable difficulties incurred by the epidemic, I was able to associate with devotees and get their care, which would be impossible without your mercy. I thank you again for all the help you have given me!
