Dear Guru Maharaja,
Please accept my respectful obeisances at your lotus feet! All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to you!
Dear Gurudeva, on this auspicious day my heart is filled with gratitude, grateful for your kindness to accept my fallen soul as your disciple. I feel great honor and good fortune.
In October 2020, I listened to your course on the internet for a week. You are so holy, and the nectar from your lotus mouth filled me with firm faith and desire for the path of Krsna consciousness. At night, I dreamed of your kind smile, and my soul surrendered at your lotus feet asking for your mercy and instruction. When I woke up, I prayed to be your disciple. On August 1st of this year, my soul was reborn, finally initiated by you to become your disciple.
Dear Gurudeva, you have been carrying out the teachings of your spiritual master and preaching Krsna consciousness all over the world despite your age. We can listen to your courses once or twice a week. Every time I hear your voice and see your kind smile, I feel very blissful.
You are our model of learning; you are the representative of Krsna. You take firm steps on the path of preaching Krsna consciousness. You spend your life helping those souls who are bound in the material world to escape the physical bondage and receive the mercy of Krsna. You are the beacon that lights our individual souls on the way back. You are the guide and protector for those of us who forgot to go home.
Dear Gurudeva, I am grateful and have deep respect for your mercy in letting my fallen soul progress on the way home, and for your kind smile that always accompanies me. On this holy day, I pray to Lord Nrsimhadeva: Please protect my dear father’s smooth preaching and good health!
