Dear Guru Maharaja,
Please accept our humble obeisances at your divine lotus feet. All glories to your holy grace and all glories to Srila Prabhupada. It is a joyous occasion to celebrate your wonderful appearance day.
Words cannot express the deepest gratitude I feel for being a recipient of your causeless mercy. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to write to you on the auspicious day of your appearance and extremely fortunate that you entered my life and heart.
It is incredibly difficult to understand Krsna or Krsna consciousness without taking the shelter of guru, sadhu, and sastra. And I always see you reminding all of us again and again “Books are the basis”. Guru Maharaja, that you carry Srila Prabhupada in your heart is evident in your lectures. Through your dynamic lectures describing Srila Prabhupada’s purports, Prabhupada is always with us, I do not feel that I have not seen Prabhupada.
Above all through your selfless and loving service, you have set the example of what sacrifice it takes to give pleasure to Krsna. You have shown that sacrificing bodily comforts and selfish material desires for a greater purpose is the central point of a successful life. So, thank you for your sacrifice and for being our hero and inspiration in giving pleasure to Krsna. You are one of a kind and have influenced the lives of so many in a very profound way. I hope that I can be of some assistance to you in your efforts to bring pleasure to Srila Prabhupada, Lord Caitanya, and Sri-Sri Radha and Krsna.
