Dear Guru Maharaja,

On the occasion of your Vyasa-puja, please accept my humble obeisances unto your lotus feet! All glories to Srila Prabhupada and to you – my spiritual father!

Dear Gurudeva, you are my spiritual master. You lead by example and serve as a role model. You set the best example for your incompetent children. With so many of your children, you can still think of me. When you blessed me, my heart melted and I almost cried out, speechless. You sent us to the lotus feet of Srila Prabhupada. Only with the kindness of you and Srila Prabhupada can we return to our homeland and return to the side of Godhead. Dear Father, with your blessings, let me continue to move forward on the path of bhakti with caution and courage. You also said that Krsna is waiting for us. You also asked us to study Text 36 of Chapter 6 of Bhagavad-gita, and you pointed out the problem directly. When I chant holy names, I always can’t control my mind. Whenever I think of your teachings, I can pull my mind back to His names. This is where your kindness lies.

Due to past karma, I am plagued by physical illness and unable to participate in association, but I persist in listening to the lectures of Srila Prabhupada and do chanting every day. Srila Prabhupada once said, “All our illnesses are caused by the external body. Although we suffer from physical inconvenience, especially in old age. Therefore, it is best to constantly chant the holy names.” Through physical illnesses, I further feel the power of His name. By constantly chanting, the physical pain will be alleviated, even if imperceptibly.

Dear father, please be rest assured! I will definitely abide by the four principles and never forget my original intention and my vow. I also ask you to bless me so I can think of you and Krsna on my deathbed. Dear Father, I saw in the video that you are full of vitality and energy. I feel extremely happy. May you be happy, young, healthy and auspicious always, wishing you smooth preaching.
