Dear Srila Romapada Swami Maharaja,

Please accept my most humble obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada, and all glories to your tireless service in his mission.

As this world is increasingly distracted by temporary achievements, your life stands as a shining example of unwavering dedication to truth, compassion, and spiritual depth. You embody the qualities of a true Vaisnava—humble, wise, and utterly selfless.

Maharaja, your words have a rare quality: they penetrate the heart not only because of your realizations and scholarship, but because they are backed by personal purity. You do not simply speak the philosophy of Krsna consciousness—you live it. In your presence, one feels the warmth of genuine care, the clarity of proper guidance, and the shelter of one firmly rooted in guru, sadhu, and sastra.

Your ability to listen deeply to the needs of others and respond with both affection and wisdom is nothing short of extraordinary. Whether counseling a confused seeker or inspiring a seasoned devotee, your approach is always personal, thoughtful, and empowering. You have helped me personally with my illness by connecting me to Tamohara Prabhu in Alachua, Florida. I am very grateful to you. Currently you are giving classes in Saint Louis, and it is such an honor to be in your association. Your instructions to us are always very enlightening.

I have seen how your humility makes you approachable, and how your discipline inspires reverence. You teach us by your example that bhakti is not just a path of devotion, but a path of responsibility—responsibility to Srila Prabhupada, to the devotees, and ultimately to Sri Krsna.

Your years of tireless travel around the world, your commitment to deep spiritual education, and your steady, affectionate mentorship of so many devotees across all continents, are all testament to your love for Srila Prabhupada and Lord Krsna.

On this most auspicious occasion of your Vyasa-puja, I offer my heartfelt gratitude and prayers. With much gratitude and aspiration to serve you with sincerity and may I always remain under your shelter and guidance.

Your aspiring servant,
Atulananda dasa
